We will be offering your choice of Farm camp or Horse camp for 2024. See below for the differences.
Farm Camp
Our Farm Camp offers an immersive experience for children ages 5-12 to learn about farming and homesteading. With a focus on growing and creating, our program includes opportunities for jam making or preserves, bread making or baking, sewing, gardening, animal care, and free-ranging on the farm. There will be lots of opportunity for dirty hands and gardening opportunities. We offer only two riding lessons per week, and no previous experience is required, allowing plenty of time for children to explore and learn. Don't miss out on a week full of fun, free ranging and new experiences! A farm camp gift will be offered to campers
Horse Camp
At Horse Camp, children between the ages of 5 and 12 will receive an intensive horse education alongside a daily riding lesson. No previous riding experience is required. If you do have previous experience campers will be offered an opportunity for equestrian growth. We teach campers everything from horse care and keeping, to horsemanship techniques and anatomy. In addition to educational sessions, we offer a variety of recreational activities, such as relay races with ponies, hacks in the forest, and horse-themed crafts. On Friday we will have a horse show to demonstrate what we have learned to show parents and friends! Get ready for a hands-on experience with these incredible animals, and our awesome staff with a horse themed gift offered.
